CHAP. 141.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. March 3, 1921.[[H. R. 9281](/us/bill/66/hr/9281).][[Private, No. 111](/us/pvtl/66/111).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on 1537 the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of James Watson, late of Company E, Eighteenth Regiment Pension increased.
James Watson. United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay mm a pension at the rate of $12 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Jasson Adkins, late of Company D, Fourteenth Regiment Pension. Jasson Adkins. United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $17 per month. The name of John F. Campbell, late of Battery E, First Regiment Pension increased. John F. Campbell. United States Artillery, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $24 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
The name of Anna Kelley, widow of Edward Kelley, late of Company Pensions. Anna Kelley. B, Twenty-second Regiment United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of Pearl A. Hunsaker, widow of the late Orval Hunsaker, Pearl A. Hunsaker. Company C, Fourth United States Artillery, Regular Establishment, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per month additional on account of the minor child of said Orval Hunsaker until he reaches the age of sixteen years.

Hobbs, late of Company K, Eighth Regiment Massachusetts Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Mary A. Powers, widow of James A. Powers, late of Pensions. Mary A. Powers. Company H, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said James A.
Powers until they reach the age of sixteen years. The name of Martha E. Waldsmith, widow of William A. Waldsmith, Martha E. Waldsmith. late of Twenty-first Company, United States Coast Artillery Corps, Regular Establishment, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said William A. Waldsmith until they reach the age of sixteen years. The name of Ruth McClay, widow of William McClay, late of Battery Pension increased.

Snow, alias William Dudley, late of Company D, Third Regiment United States Dragoons, War with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month. Susan J. Purcell. The name of Susan J. Purcell, widow of John J. Purcell, late of Company F, Twenty-first Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per . month additional on account of each of the minor children of said John J.

Woollacott, late of Company H, First United States Mounted Rifles, Indian War, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month. George Milams. The name of George Milams, late of the Sixty-sixth Company, United States Coast Artillery Corps, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. Pleasant D. Cooper. The name of Pleasant D. Cooper, late of Company D, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
William Thornton Parker. The name of William Thornton Parker, late hospital steward, United States Army, Indian War, and pay him a pension at the rate of $20 per month. John Bleiweiss. Simson, late of Company K, Twenty-eighth Regiment United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and $2 per month additional on account of the minor child of said Edgar J.
