CHAP. 139.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across Lake Champlain, between the towns of Shoreham, Vermont, and Ticonderoga, New York. April 15, 1920. [[S. 3813](/us/bill/66/s/3813).] [[Public, No. 174](/us/pl/66/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Addison RailroadLake Champlain.Addison Railroad Company may bridge, Shoreham, Vt., to Ticonderoga, N. Y. Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the States of Vermont and New York, its successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Lake Champlain, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between the town of Shoreham, in the State of Vermont, and the town of Ticonderoga, in the State of New York,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, April 15, 1920.
