CHAP. 138.— An Act For the relief of Oscar Smith. March 3, 1921.[[H. R. 644](/us/bill/66/hr/644).][[Private, No. 108](/us/pvtl/66/108).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Oscar Smith. Payment to, for services. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Oscar Smith the sum of $108.04 for service performed by him in carrying the mail between the post office and railroad station at Pactola, South Dakota, messenger route numbered two hundred and fifty-nine thousand and twenty, from March 16, 1915, to September 29, 1915: *Provided*, That no claim for said sum or any other sum be made to *Proviso*.
Condition. the Post Office Department by said Oscar Smith. Approved, March 3, 1921.
