CHAP. 138.— An Act To authorize the Ozark Forest road improvement district of Baxter County, Arkansas, to construct and maintain a bridge across the White River, near Norfork, Arkansas. April 15, 1920. [[S. 3779](/us/bill/66/s/3779).] [[Public, No. 173](/us/pl/66/173).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That authority is herebyWhite River.Ozark Forest road improvement district may bridge, Norfork, Ark. granted to the Ozark Forest road improvement district of Baxter County, Arkansas, created by act numbered 570 of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas of the session of 1919, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge andConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. approaches thereto across the White River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, near Norfork, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, April 15, 1920.
