CHAP. 135.— An Act Granting the sum of $549.12 to Clara Kane, dependent parent, by reason of the death of William A. Yenser, late civil employee, killed as a result of an accident at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. April 14, 1920. [[H. R. 6413](/us/bill/66/hr/6413).] [[Private, No. 47](/us/pvtl/66/47).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Clara Kane.Payment to, on account of death of William A. Yenser. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $549.12 to Clara Kane, dependent foster parent, by reason of the death of William A.
Yenser, late civil employee, killed as a result of an accident at the navy yard, League Island, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, March 5, 1915, the said William A. Yenser being the adopted son of the said Clara Kane. Approved, April 14, 1920.
