CHAP. 134.— An Act For the construction of a bridge across Rock River at or near Shirland Avenue, in the city of Beloit, Wisconsin. March 3, 1921. [[S. 5032](/us/bill/66/s/5032).] [[Public, No. 374](/us/pl/66/374).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the city of Beloit, in the Rock River.Beloit, Wis., may bridge.State of Wisconsin, be, and the same is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the point where Shirland Avenue, in said city of Beloit, crosses the said Rock River, in accordance with the provisions of the Act Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 3, 1921.
