CHAP. 131.— An Act To amend section 5 of the Act entitled “An Act to incorporate the American National Red Cross,” approved January 5, 1905. March 3, 1921. [[S. 4826.](/us/bill/66/s/4826).] [[Public, No. 371](/us/pl/66/371).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That section 5 of American National Red Cross.Executive committee increased.Vol. 33, p .601, amended.Effect.the Act for the incorporation of the American National Red approved January 5, 1905, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the executive committee of the central committee shall consist of nine instead of seven persons, five of whom shall be a quorum.
Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect immediately. Approved, March 3, 1921.
