CHAP. 13.— An Act To authorize the county of Luzerne, State of Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Susquehanna River from the township of Conyngham, county of Luzerne, Pennsylvania, to the borough of Shickshinny, county of Luzerne, Pennsylvania. July 11, 1919. [[H. R. 240](/us/bill/66/hr/240).] [[Public, No. 12](/us/pl/66/12).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the county of Luzerne, Susquehanna River.Luzerne County, Pa., may bridge.State of Pennsylvania, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the 160Susquehanna River at a point suitable to the interest of navigation Location.from Main Street, in the village of Mocanaqua, township of Conyngham, county of Luzerne, and State of Pennsylvania, to Main Street, in the borough of Shickshinny, comity of Luzerne, and the State of Pennsylvania, as the same is now established and used in the respective municipalities, to replace the present structure erected at the same location, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable water,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, July 11, 1919.
