Choate, jr., as Regent. That the vacancy in the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution, of the class other than Members of Congress, that will occur on March 19, 1920, by reason of the expiration of the term of Charles F.
Choate, junior, of Massachusetts, be filled by the reappointment of the said Charles F. Choate, junior, for the ensuing term. Approved, April 10, 1920.
