CHAP. 120.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Tennessee River at or near the city of Decatur, Alabama. November 19, 1919. [[H. R. 10208](/us/bill/66/hr/10208).] [[Public, No. 93](/us/pl/66/93).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Tennessee River.Limestone-M organ Bridge Company may bridge, Decatur, Ala. That the Limestone-Morgan Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama, its successors and assigns, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a highway and interurban railway bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee River at or near the city of Decatur, Alabama, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906: *Provided, however*,*Proviso*.Toll restrictions. That, subject to the provisions of said Act, reasonable rates of toll may be charged and received for passage over said bridge, but no charge for the passage of a single passenger on an interurban train shall exceed 25 cents. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved.
