CHAP. 115.— An Act To authorize the State road department of the State of Florida to construct and maintain a bridge across the Choctawhatchee River, near Caryville, Florida, approximately one hundred and seventy feet south of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Bridge. That authority is hereby granted to the State road department of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Choctawhatchee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, near Caryville, Florida, approximately one hundred and seventy feet south of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Bridge, in accordance with the provisions of the Act 359entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigableConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, November 19, 1919.
