CHAP. 107.— An Act For the relief of James E. Adams. March 1, 1921.[[H. R. 5081](/us/bill/66/hr/5081).][[Private, No. 101](/us/pvtl/66/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James E. Adams. Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a patent to James E. Adams, of Oakland, California, for the lands hereinafter described: *Provided*, That said James E.
Adams shall pay therefor the sum of *Proviso*. Purchase price. Location. $2.50 per acre within six months after approval of this Act, said lands being the east half of the southeast quarter of section twenty-one, township three north, range one east, of the Willamette meridian, Clarke County, Washington, formerly patented to the Oregon and California Railroad Company, and the title to which was revested Vol. 39, p. 218. in the United States by the provisions of the Act of June 9, 1916 (Thirty-ninth Statutes at Large, page 218).
