CHAP. 105.— An Act For the relief of John Chick. March 1, 1921.[[H. R. 567](/us/bill/66/hr/567).][[Private, No. 99](/us/pvtl/66/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Chick. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, John Chick, late of Company K, Third Regiment United States Artillery, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the 2d *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. day of August, 1865: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act, and no pay nor bounty shall become due or payable by virtue thereof. Approved, March 1, 1921.
