CHAP. 103.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge over the Rio Grande, between the cities of Del Rio, Texas, and Las Vacas, Mexico. March 1, 1921. [[H. R. 15769](/us/bill/66/hr/15769).] [[Public, No. 352](/us/pl/66/352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Rio Grande.Del Rio and Las Vacas Bridge Company may bridge, between Del Rio,Tex., and Las Vacas, Mexico. That the Del Rio and Las Vacas Bridge Company, a corporation organized and created under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Texas, be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, over the Rio Grande between the cities of Del Rio, Texas, and Las Vacas.
Mexico, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. Consent of Mexico required.That the consent of the proper authorities of the Republic of Mexico shall have been obtained before said bridge shall be built or commenced. Sec. 3. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
