CHAP. 1.— An Act Making appropriations to supply urgent deficiencies in appropriations for the Bureau of War Risk Insurance and for the payment of pensions for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1919. June 5, 1919. [[H. R. 2329](/us/bill/66/hr/2329).] [[Public No. 1](/us/pl/66/1).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the following sums are Urgent deficiencies appropriations.appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply urgent deficiencies in appropriations for the Bureau of War Risk Insurance and for the payment of pensions for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1919, namely:
TREASURY DEPARTMENT. Treasury Department. bureau of war risk insurance. War Risk Insurance Bureau. For salaries of officers and employees, $2,025,613.97; stationery Salaries and expenses.and miscellaneous expenses, S100,000; furniture, equipment, and supplies, $195,000; printing and binding, §100,000; rental of quarters in the District of Columbia, S3,886.03; and traveling expenses, $5,000; in all, §2,429,500. For the payment of military and naval family allowances as Military and naval family allowances.authorized by law, §39,615,000.
