CHAP. 99.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress for the construction of a bridge and approaches thereto across the Arkansas River between the cities of Little Rock and Argenta. October 6, 1917.[[S. 2937](/us/bill/65/s/2937).][[Public, No. 84](/us/pl/65/84).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Arkansas River.Pulaski County, Ark., may bridge, Little Rock. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted for the county of Pulaski, in the State of Arkansas, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Arkansas River at the city of Little Rock on the site now occupied by the free highway bridge constructed by said county in the years eighteen hundred and ninety-six and eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, in accordance with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, October 6, 1917.
