R. 2340](/us/bill/65/hr/2340).][[Public, No. 8](/us/pl/65/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Navy.Naval Reserve.Officers’ age limit increased.Vol. 39, p. 591, amended.That the maximum limit of age for officers of the Naval Reserve of the Naval Reserve Force on first appointment as such therein be, and it is hereby, increased from thirty-five to fifty years. Approved, April 25, 1917.
