CHAP. 82.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across Little River, in Poinsett County, Arkansas, at or near the section line between sections thirty-five and thirty-six, township eleven north, range six east. October 6, 1917.[[S. 2938](/us/bill/65/s/2938).][[Public, No. 67](/us/pl/65/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Poinsett County, Arkansas,Little River.Poinsett County, Ark., may bridge. is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Little River, a tributary to Saint Francis River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation,Location. at or near the section line between sections thirty-five and thirty-six, township eleven north, range six east, fifth principal meridian, in Poinsett County, in the State of Arkansas, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, October 6, 1917.
