CHAP. 80.— An Act For the establishment of Northgate, in the State of North Dakota, as a port of entry for immediate transportation without appraisement of dutiable merchandise. October 6, 1917.[[S. 2203](/us/bill/65/s/2203).][[Public, No. 65](/us/pl/65/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Customs.Northgate, S. Dak., granted immediate transportation privileges.Vol. 21, p. 173. That the privileges of the first section of the Act approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, governing the immediate transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement, be, and are hereby, extended to the port of Northgate, in the State of North Dakota.
