CHAP. 78.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Gilmer-Pittsburgh Coal Company to construct a bridge across the Little Kanawha River.October 6, 1917.[[S. 2774](/us/bill/65/s/2774).][[Public, No. 63](/us/pl/65/63).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Little Kanawha River. Gilmer-Pittsburgh Coal Company may bridge, Gilmer, W. Va.That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Gilmer-Pittsburgh Coal Company, or its successor and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Kanawha River at a point suitable to the interest of navigation, at or near Gilmer Station on the Coal and Coke Railway, in the County of Gilmer, in the State Construction.
