May 10, 1918.[[S. 4208](/us/bill/65/s/4208).][[Public, No. 146](/us/pl/65/146).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Postal service.Rate for aeroplane mail. That the Postmaster General, in his discretion, may require the payment of postage on mail carried by aeroplane at not exceeding 24 cents per ounce or fraction thereof. Approved, May 10, 1918.
