CHAP. 60.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the counties of Martin and Bertie, in the State of North Carolina, to construct a bridge across the Roanoke River at or near Williamston, North Carolina. February 27, 1919.[[S. 5580](/us/bill/65/s/5580).][[Public, No. 290](/us/pl/65/290).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Roanoke River.Marlin and Bertie Counties may bridge, Williamston, N. C. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Martin and Bertie, in the State of North Carolina, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Roanoke River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Williamston, in the county of Martin, in the State of NorthConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Carolina, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 27, 1919.
