CHAP. 58.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Fall Branch Coal Company to construct a bridge across Tug River. February 27, 1919.[[S. 5478](/us/bill/65/s/5478).][[Public, No. 288](/us/pl/65/288).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent of CongressTug River.Fall Branch Coal Company may bridge, Williamson, W. Va. is hereby granted to the Fall Branch Coal Company, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tug River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Williamson, in the county of Mingo, in the State of West Virginia, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 27, 1919.
