CHAP. 53.— Joint Resolution Authorizing and directing the accounting officers of the Treasury to allow credit to the disbursing clerk of the Bureau of War Risk Insurance in certain cases.February 26, 1919.[[S. J. Res. 214](/us/bill/65/sjres/214).][[Pub. Res., No. 52](/us/bill/65/pubres/52).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, War Risk Insurance.Credit allowed disbursing clerk. That for such reasonable time as may be fixed by the Secretary of the Treasury, but not extending beyond the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty, the accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to allow credit in the accounts of the disbursing clerk of the Bureau of War Risk Insurance for all payments of insurance installments heretofore or hereafter made under the provisions of Article IV of the war risk insurance Act in advance of the verification of the deduction on the pay rolls, or of the payment otherwise, of all premiums.
