R. 1771](/us/bill/65/hr/1771)][[Public, No. 4](/us/pl/65/4).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,That the clause in the Act entitled “An Act Navy. Fleet Naval Reserve.
Service training modified.Vol. 39, p. 590, amended.making appropriations for the naval service for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventeen, and for other purposes,” which reads as follows: “The Secretary of the Navy is authorized to assign any member of the Fleet Naval Reserve to active duty for training on board ship, upon the application of such member,” and so forth, be, and the same is hereby, amended by striking therefrom the words “on board ship.
