Mullins,Nancy E. Mullins.Designated beneficiary of late Capt. W. S. Mullins.Vol. 35, pp. 108,735.*Post*, p. 1572. mother of W. S. Mullins, late captain Company I, First Regiment Mississippi National Guard, shall be regarded as the duly designated beneficiary of the late Captain W.
S. Mullins under the Act approved May eleventh, nineteen hundred and eight, as amended by the Act approved March third, nineteen hundred and nine.
