CHAP. 42.— An Act Granting a pension to Edith Carow Roosevelt.February 25, 1919.[[S. 5318](/us/bill/65/s/5318).][[Private, No. 36](/us/pvtl/65/36).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edith Carow Roosevelt.Pension granted.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Edith Carow Roosevelt, widow of Theodore Roosevelt, late President of the United States, and pay her a pension at the rate of $5,000 per year from and after the passage of this Act. Approved, February 25, 1919.
