April 2, 1918.[[S. 3401](/us/bill/65/s/3401).][[Public, No. 117](/us/pl/65/117).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President be, Naval Academy.Course of instruction temporarily reduced.Vol. 37, p. 73.[R. S., sec. 1520, p. 261](/us/rs/s1520/p201).and ho is hereby, authorized, until August first, nineteen hundred and twenty-one, to reduce, in his discretion, the course of instruction at the United States Naval Academy from four to three years and to graduate classes which have completed such reduced courses of instruction.
