Res., No. 6](/us/bill/65/pubres/6).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That when retired officers ofArmy.Eligibility of retired officers for active Engineer service. the Army, any portion of whose active service was in the Corps of Engineers, are called back into active service they shall be eligible to fill any position required by law to be filled by an officer of the Corps of Engineers. Approved, June 15, 1917.
