CHAP. 24.— An Act To amend the public-building Act, approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen. February 25, 1919. [[S. 3384](/us/bill/65/s/3384).] [[Public, No. 260](/us/pl/65/260).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eureka, Utah. That the provision of the 1155public-building Act approved March fourth, nineteen hundred andPublic building site. Vol. 37, p. 876, amended. thirteen (Thirty-seventh Statutes, page eight hundred and seventy-six), which authorizes the acquisition of a suitable site, and so forth, at Eureka, Utah, be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to add the following proviso, namely:
“*Provided*, That the Secretary of theTitle reserving ores, etc., acceptable. Treasury may, in his discretion, accept a title which reserves or excepts all ores or minerals on the lands with the right of mining the same.” Approved, February 25, 1919.
