CHAP. 22.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the village of East Dundee and the village of West Dundee to construct a bridge across the Fox River. March 13, 1918.[[H. R. 7998](/us/bill/65/hr/7998).][[Public, No. 104](/us/pl/65/104).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fox River.East and West Dundee, Ill., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the village of East Dundee and the village of West Dundee, in the county of Kane, in the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River from Main Street in East Dundee to Main Street in West Dundee, in the county of Kane, in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-three, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 13, 1918.
