CHAP. 211.— An Act To authorize the county of Loudon, in the State of Tennessee, to construct a bridge across the Tennessee River near Loudon, Tennessee. November 21, 1918.[[H. R. 10818](/us/bill/65/hr/10818).][[Public, No. 242](/us/pl/65/242).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tennessee River. That the county of Loudon, 1045in the State of Tennessee, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, Loudon County may bridge, Loudon, Tenn.maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation near the city of Loudon, Loudon County, Tennessee, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, November 21, 1918.
