CHAP. 207.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Little Calumet River, in Cook County, State of Illinois, at or near the village of Riverdale, in said county. November 7, 1918.[[H. R. 12773](/us/bill/65/hr/12773).][[Public, No. 238](/us/pl/65/238).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Little Calumet River.Illinois Central Railroad Company may bridge, Riverdale, Ill. That the Illinois Central Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the village of Riverdale, in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, November 7, 1918.
