CHAP. 19.— An Act Granting consent to Ernest B. Denison, A. J. Barchfield, and Ethan I. Dodds to construct a bridge across the Wabash River within or near the city limits of the city of Vincennes, Indiana. May 22, 1917. [[H. R. 2343](/us/bill/65/hr/2343).] [[Public, No. 16](/us/pl/65/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wabash River. Ernest B. Denison and others may bridge, Vincennes, Ind. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Ernest B.
Denison, A. J. Barchfield, and Ethan I. Dodds, their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, within or near the Construction. Vol. 34, p. 94.city limits of Vincennes, in the county of Knox, in the State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,’’ approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 22, 1917.
