CHAP. 184.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.October 5, 1918.[[S. 4722](/us/bill/65/s/4722).][[Private, No. 30](/us/pvtl/65/30).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, PensionsThat the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.
Charlotte Bloom.The name of Charlotte Bloom, widow of Zachariah Bloom, late of Company D, Seventy-sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $25 per month. 1523 The name of Daniel Wootan, late of Company A, Eleventh Regiment Daniel Wootan.Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $21 per month.
