CHAP. 17.— An Act Authorizing the city of Bemidji, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near that place. May 22, 1917.[[S. 1007](/us/bill/65/s/1007).][[Public, No. 14](/us/pl/65/14).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Bemidji, aMississippi River.Bemidji, Minn., may bridge. corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between lots one and two, section sixteen, township one hundred and forty-sixth north, range thirty-three west, fifth principal meridian, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
