Omaha, Nebraska, February twenty-first, nineteen hundred and nine. August 30, 1918. [[S. 4527](/us/bill/65/s/4527).] [[Public, No. 207](/us/pl/65/207).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there is hereby authorizedSouth Omaha riots, 1916.
Appropriation for indemnity to Greece for injuries to subjects thereof during. to be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as a matter of grace and without reference to the question of liability therefor, to the Government of Greece, as full indemnity on account of injuries inflicted on its nationals during riots which 918occurred in South Omaha, Nebraska, on February twenty-first, nineteen hundred and nine, as set forth in the message of the President of the United States dated January fourteenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, $40,000.
