CHAP. 16.— An Act Authorizing the county of Morrison, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River in said county. May 22, 1917.[[S. 1006](/us/bill/65/s/1006).][[Public, No. 13](/us/pl/65/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Morrison,Mississippi River.Morrison County, Minn., may bridge. in the State of Minnesota, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interestsLocation. of navigation, in section eight, township one hundred and twenty-seven north, range twenty-nine west of the fifth principal meridian, and section thirty-two, township thirty-nine north, range thirty-two west of the fourth principal meridian, in the State of Minnesota, inConstruction.Vol. 34, p.84. accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 22, 1917.
