CHAP. 148.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy and of wars other than the Civil War, and to certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors.July 11, 1918.[[S. 4542](/us/bill/65/s/4542).][[Private, No. 26](/us/pvtl/65/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John B.
Chandler, late of Company K, Fourth Regiment Pension. John B. Chandler.United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of John Barker, late of Company D, Thirty-seventh Pension increased. John Barker.Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $17 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
