CHAP. 133.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Fred Tish, late of Company F, Seventh RegimentPensions.
Fred Tish. Ohio Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of William H. Hopkins, late of Troop E, Fourth RegimentWilliam H. Hopkins.
