CHAP. 131.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to sell and convey certain land to the city of Faribault, Minnesotta. July 3, 1918. [[H. R. 3332](/us/bill/65/hr/3332).] [[Private, No. 17](/us/pvtl/65/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Faribault, Minn. Sale of part of public building site to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sell to the city of Faribault, Minnesota, at a proper price and upon such terms as he may deem to be to the best interests of the United States, that portion of the Federal building site in said city described as follows:
The west sixteen feet of lots one and two of block forty-six, of the original town (now city) of Faribault, Minnesota, for public alley Supposes; to convey said land to said city by the usual quitclaim Deposit of proceeds.deed, and to deposit the proceeds of such sale in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous receipt. Approved, July 3, 1918.
