CHAP. 13.— An Act For the sale of isolated tracts of the public domain in Minnesota. February 4, 1919. [[H. R. 79](/us/bill/65/hr/79).] [[Public, No. 252](/us/pl/65/252).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the provisions of sectionChippewa ceded lands, Minn. Isolated tracts in, may be sold. [R. S., sec. 2455, p. 449](/us/rs/s2455/p449). Vol. 37, p. 77. twenty-four hundred and fifty-five of the Revised Statutes of the United States as amended by the Act of March twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and twelve (Thirty-seventh Statutes at Large, page seventy-seven), relating to the sale of isolated tracts of the public domain, be, and the same are hereby, extended and made 1056applicable to ceded Chippewa Indian lands in the State of Minnesota: *Provisos*.
Homesteads excepted. Price.*Provided*, That the provisions of this Act shall not apply to lands which are not subject to homestead entry: *Provided further*, That purchasers of land under this Act must pay for the lands not less than the price fixed in the law opening the lands to homestead entry. Approved, February 4, 1919.
