CHAP. 129.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. March 4, 1919.[[H. R. 14894](/us/bill/65/hr/14894).][[Private, No. 45](/us/pvtl/65/45).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of thePensions. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Rebecca Schofield, widow of James Schofield, late ofPension.Rebecca Schofield.
Company C, First Battalion Mississippi Marine Brigade Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $25 per month. The name of Elijah C.
