CHAP. 129.— An Act To authorize the W. M. Ritter Lumber Company, a corporation, to construct bridges across the branches and tributaries of the Big Sandy and their tributaries, in the counties of Buchanan and Dickenson, in the State of Virginia. July 3, 1918.[[S. 4127](/us/bill/65/s/4127).][[Public, No. 187](/us/pl/65/187).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,That the W. M. Ritter Big Sandy River, etc.W.
M. Ritter, Lumber Company may bridge, in Buchanan and Dickenson Counties, Va.Lumber Company, a corporation, created, organized, and existing under the laws of the State of West Virginia (and duly qualified to do business in the State of Virginia), its successors and assigns, be, and they hereby are, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate bridges’ and approaches thereto, over and across the branches and tributaries of the Big Sandy River and their tributaries, in the counties of Buchanan and Dickenson, in the State of Virginia, at points suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the Construction.
Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved.
