CHAP. 128.— An Act Striking from the pension roll the name of Jennie M. Heath. March 4, 1919.[[H. R. 10225](/us/bill/65/hr/10225).][[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/65/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJennie M. Heath.Pension revoked. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to strike from the pension roll the name of Jennie M. Heath, helpless and dependent child of Charles E.
Heath, late of Company G, First Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, who is now pensioned by specialVol. 38, p. 1413. Act of Congress, approved August seventh, nineteen hundred and fourteen. Approved, March 4, 1919.
