CHAP. 124.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. July 2, 1918. [[H. R. 10477](/us/bill/65/hr/10477).] [[Private, No. 13](/us/pvtl/65/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions anti limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.
James H. Woods.The name of James H. Woods, late of Company I, One hundred and twentieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Thomas C. Thodey.The name of Thomas C. Thodey, late of Company B, Sixteenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $30 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Lilia J. Darling.The name of Lilia J. Darling, helpless and dependent child of Nelson Darling, late unassigned, Twenty-second Regiment Wisconsin Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month.
