Allen.Payment to, for injuries.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas G.
Alien, the sum of $500 in full settlement of all claims against the Government for injuries received while employed in the United States General Land Office, Washington, District of Columbia, December twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and fifteen. Approved, March 3, 1919.
