CHAP. 119.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. July 2, 1918. [[H. R. 7634](/us/bill/65/hr/7634).] [[Private, No. 8](/us/pvtl/65/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.
William B. Hampshire.The name of William B. Hampshire, helpless and dependent child of William W. Hampshire, late of Company C, Twenty-third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of 812 per month. Pensions increased. Jefferson Cherry.The name of Jefferson Cherry, late of Company C, Forty-eighth Regiment, and Company B, One hundred and forty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $36 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
