Crawford. Payment to.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Mrs. W. E. Crawford the sum of $140.40 in full compensation for services rendered as auxiliary carrier of mails at Decatur, Alabama, from March twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and fourteen, to Juno twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
