CHAP. 10.— An Act Extending the time for the construction of a bridge across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, West Virginia. January 26, 1918.[[H. R. 6176](/us/bill/65/hr/6176).][[Public, No. 96](/us/pl/65/96).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River.Time extended for bridging, Fairmont, W. Va.Vol. 39, p. 52, amended. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by the Act of Congress approved April seventeenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, to be built across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, West Virginia, by the city of Fairmont, are hereby extended to one year and three years, respectively, from the seventeenth day of April, nineteen hundred and seventeen.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1918.
